But my greatest fulfilment and strength lays in empowering the people and teams behind those moments.Whether providing leaders a leg up out of the trenches or a plan to get back to 10,000 ft, I share my professional experience and dogged solution-focused approach to work through business challenges.As an organisational coach I provide new frameworks for problem solving, helping leaders pinpoint their innate knowledge and ability to authentically influence stakeholders.In the role of Strategic Ally, clients receive the benefits of my professional experience and coaching background to receive paths and guidance through challenge and complexity.
